Freezie Fridays!!

Freezie Friday order forms went home today!
Orders are due Monday, May 7th.
The first Freezie Friday will be May 18th.
Please note:
-The cost of freezies are: $2.00 for a full jumbo freezie, $1.00 for half a jumbo freezie.§
- Colour preferences can NOT be accommodated.
- If your child is absent, freezes will not be replaced or refunded. Please DO NOT call the office to make arrangements for your children’s freezie if they are absent. Should you decide to have another family member have your child’s freezie, you must send a note. Your child will then go to the classroom teacher with the note to obtain the freezie.
- If Freezie Friday occurs on an inclement weather day, the orders will be placed for the following school day.
- Please complete one order form per child to your child’s teacher.
- If you are submitting a paper order, please send exact payment as change will not be provided. If you send more than the required amount it will be considered a donation to the freezie program.
- Payment by cheque should be made payable to St. Monica’s School. Please do not send POST DATED cheques. N.S.F. cheques will be charged all appropriate bank charges.
- Late or incomplete orders will not be accepted and these orders will be returned.
