Literacy Week

Literacy Week is almost here! Starting on Monday, October 24th, Literacy Week hopes to encourage classes to participate in the reading fun! This years’ Literacy Week will have many fun and amazing events such as:

Paint a Pumpkin, where students get to paint their favourite storybook characters on pumpkins,

Class Chain Reading where every 20 minutes read will earn the class a paper link to make a paper chain, and

Guest speakers will come to St.Monica’s to share their thoughts on reading.
